Hi KC, so long as you don't change its 'basic structure' incl colour, there should not be any problem with the RTO. However, I'd suggest you take your Maruti Dealer's advice in the matter incl conversion to LPG/Retro-fitting AC also, coz as far as I'm aware, the former is a bit of a grey area. Diesel engine can be safely ruled out coz no RTO will ever approve of it from BS-III compliance point of view.
