Depends on your driving options. If you are primarily going to use your car to drive within the city go for the Ritz.

Hi Sandeep,
It is a tough choice but personally we feel that as an overall performer including safety and space the i10 is a better package at a higher cost. The Ritz fits the bill for its price and is a decent urban car.
