The Spark is a better option than the Alto. Yes conversion of manual to power steering is possible.

My car jerks,i will get it serviced.Should i get the fuel injectors cleaned,the fuel filter changed and get the spark plugs also changed to rectify the jerking problem?

My opinion:The spark is not good at all.
My budet is around 4-4.5 lacks,so can i go in for the swift?
Swift has around 86 bhp,thinking of taking it to 100-110bhp .
What are the engine mods i can do?

Well since you have a budget of up to Rs 4.5 lakhs you can definitely go for the Maruti Swift. The petrol Swift Lxi would fit within your budget.
